Initial Psychiatric Evaluation
The provider will assess and diagnose each client via telemedicine using several screening tools. The initial behavioral intake evaluation is a one-hour session that helps to identify each area of concern. Once these areas are identified, a treatment plan is customized for that individual client. We will then discuss treatment options, other interventions, and follow-up visits.
Medication Follow Up
The purpose of follow-up visits is to evaluate the effectiveness of the treatment and the client’s current symptoms. Additionally, the client receives psychotherapy, which may be given in individual sessions. Deliver interventions including skill-coaching and information regarding mental health problems.
Medication Management
Medication management will be done through patients preferred pharmacy saved on our record, their medications will be managed through e prescribing. Regular checks to make sure the client is taking their medications as prescribed. Apps are a further reminder tool for the
client.
Bariatric Psychiatric Evaluation:
There are several topics related to your weight and your desire to have bariatric surgery that are covered in the pre-surgical psychological assessment. A multidisciplinary evaluation, which includes combining data from the medical, surgical, nutritional, and psychiatric team members, includes the evaluation as one component.
